Originating from the Mediterranean coast, chard and beet leaves are widely grown throughout the world. Chard has fantastic cooking versatility and can be enjoyed raw or cooked, and it is often used in salads, sautées and stir-fries. Chard is also nutrient-dense, packed with vitamins A, C, and K and minerals such as calcium and potassium.

Beet greens are similar in appearance to chard, delivering large, green leaves and thick stems. Like chard, beet leaves are also incredibly nutritious and contain vitamins A, C, and K and minerals such as iron and magnesium. They can be enjoyed raw or cooked and are often an excellent ingredient in soups, salads and stews.
