The Fairbanks range of Asian Bunching vegetables includes green stem pak choi, white stem pak choi and Chinese broccoli.

Our Chinese broccoli, known as Kailaan, Gai Lan or Chinese kale, is more closely related to European kale and European broccoli than Chinese cabbage (wombok). Fairbanks has specific leaf-type and stem-type varieties of Chinese broccoli to cater to different consumer market demands.

The Fairbanks green stem pak choi is the market standard pak choi. We also offer a mini pak choi and a white stem pak choi.
