The Fairbanks range of Asian Bunching vegetables includes green stem pak choi, white stem pak choi and Chinese broccoli.

Our Chinese broccoli, known as Kailaan, Gai Lan or Chinese kale, is more closely related to European kale and European broccoli than Chinese cabbage (wombok). Fairbanks has specific leaf-type and stem-type varieties of Chinese broccoli to cater to different consumer market demands.

The Fairbanks green stem pak choi is the market standard pak choi. We also offer a mini pak choi and a white stem pak choi.

Asian vegetables have grown in popularity over the years due to increased consumption of Asian cuisine. These greens are not only tasty but also super nutritious, they are a rich source of antioxidants, minerals, vitamins A, C and E and fibre. They are also known for their unique flavours, textures, and versatility in cooking, as they can be stir-fried, steamed, boiled, or used in soups and stews.
